Before starting this demo, please ensure:

• The front and rear camera lenses of your device are clean
• You are in a well-lit area
• You have your driver's licence or passport handy

The first step of this demo will capture your face. Position yourself so that your head fills the outline and tap on your face to capture it. Then, without moving your device, move your head around until a green box appears around your face.

You'll see some feedback about your photo at the top of the screen. If you see a , try to correct that feedback on your next attempt. For example, if you see a next to "Face is frontal", make sure you're facing directly at the camera, and that your head isn't rotated. Tap Try again to have another go.

Once you get all 7 green ticks () and you're happy with your photo, tap Image OK to continue to the document capture screen.
